Robert are cooking  in front of you on his wonderful fireplace.

The rotisserie : 

• Grill : Entrecôtes – Cotes de Boeuf – Cotelettes.
• Rotisserie : Volailles – Gigots – Carrés.

Alsatian Specialities :

• Choucroute – Tartes flambées –
• Baeckeofe – Repas marcaire.
• Menus are composed as much as possible of seasonal products of the land.

Guests table is “our rendez-vous” to spend a good evening around a good meal.
